The crops are growing

With the drier than normal winter we have been able to get on very well with our spring work load. All of our spring cereal crops were planted by the middle of March with most going in the ground at the end of February. This is 6 weeks earlier than some of the spring crops we planted last year. The winter crops have also grown well, we have been able to travel early to give the crops some fertiliser and the sprayer is fully up date. Something that is very rare for this time of year. The crops are all looking really well and full of potential, lets hope that we get some regular rainfall throughout the spring to keep them going and realise their full potential.
